Dangers of Government

As you know, these are about explaining your Constitution to you.  Why?  George Bush Jr. said that the Constitution is, “nothing but a God
damned piece of paper.”  I thought about that for a minute and laid my copy out on the table.  I smacked it with my fist and threw coffee on
it–nothing.  Only one thing can make this written document dangerous.  That one thing is a well informed citizen that knows the game the
Constitution represents.  Our Constitution in the hands of an involved citizen is what the Iron workers call a “blue Monday.”  A blue Monday is
a twenty pound sledge hammer.  You come in hung over on Monday after a wild weekend and get stuck slinging that thing, it’s going to be a blue
Monday indeed.
The men that put this Constitution into effect knew that they were dealing with the historically most destructive entity to mankind on this planet,
a government.  Without the citizens exercising some  semblance of control, it will grow and kill us.  That is the purpose of our Constitution, to
control a government.
What has this government we erected to serve the States done?  They have removed the document that spells out the controls for their actions
from your consciousness.  What is their mantra?  “We checked with the Lawyers, and its Constitutional.”  Somehow someone missed the
“We the people” at the start of our document.

So, what is that anti slavery business all about in the Constitution.  Article 1, section 8 and 9 are where you will find it.  Keep in mind that
it protected us from166 years of bondage.  It is the very definition of Liberty, which is freedom from restraint.  Here it is:
Section 8
“The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense
and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;”

Article 1, section 9
"No capitation*, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the
Census or Enumeration herein before directed to be taken".

Displaying 1 result(s) from the 1828 edition:

*CAPITATION, n.

1. Numeration by the head; a numbering of persons.
2. A tax, or imposition upon each head or person; a poll-tax. Sometimes written Capitation-tax.

Now, the afore mentioned directions are in the section 8 clause above. What did all
this mean anyway? It meant ,"keep your stinking hands off my production, I am no ones
slave. The impost and excise taxes they are allowed to use simply means that if you
decide to sell or export your production, they could put a mark-up on it that is between
the buyer and the government.
Enslaving you and your children has been the prize of the elite from day one here
in this un-sophisticated land. Oh yea, 166 years ended in 1942.

Think about how the second plank of the Communist Manifesto can be implemented without a pol tax?
a pol tax? Here it is: "A heavy and escalating income tax."

A few

people want me to teach the Constitution. If more are interested, let me know.
I would also be interested in a series of videos.
