There you have it, the secret to being a free man/woman. This is the secret of success, not living for another or someones idea of utopia. In these post, we are letting you know that you have once again become a slave to those considering themselves the elite. You are simply free range livestock to them to be harvested from time to time. Harvest? Since 1933 we have had 37 recessions here in the land of live stock.
I told you that if someone can take your production, then you are the very definition of a slave. The nail in your coffin is fear of a superior force. The take over of your soul comes when all the information from which you make decisions, come from the elites.
How did they get at you when the very reason we formed a government was to protect ourselves from becoming slaves once again. Don’t ever lose sight of the fact that our Constitution was to be our control over government. Listen to people today yelling from the roof tops that, “there aught to be a law,” or “government needs to do something about this.” We have been completely removed from reality.`
Here is how we lost the battle to stay free. The first attempt was called the ” Wilson Gorman Tariff Bill” if 1894, which included an income tax–a direct tax on our production. The supreme Court ruled this Bill unconstitutional in Polloc V. Farmers Loan and Trust Company on the basis that it posed a “Communist threat” to property.
Back up a minute here. This Bill was passed by both houses and signed into law by the President before the Court struck it down. No control needed over our trusted government here. Communism? Coined in 1848 by Karl Marx that came out with ten things needed to defeat the U.S. One of them is a heavy and escalating income tax. The more you make, the more you pay. Hold it, did the income tax suddenly cease to be a threat to our freedom? No, the slave masters are winning, that’s all.

I’ve been engaged in taxes for lengthier then I care to acknowledge, both on the personal side (all my employed life!!) and from a legal point of view since satisfying the bar and following up on tax law. I’ve furnished a lot of advice and redressed a lot of wrongs, and I must say that what you’ve put up makes perfect sense. Please persist in the good work – the more individuals know the better they’ll be equipped to deal with the tax man, and that’s what it’s all about.
